Hi Friends,

Thank you so much for being here!

My name is Courtney and I am so excited to share with you all of my passions. I am a wife and mom of 3.5, currently residing in Nashville, TN.

I have spent the last 14 years as a dance and fitness instructor. I truly believe that MOVEMENT and FEELING YOUR BEST should be a priority for everyone. I currently teach classes around metro Nashville (you can visit the 'FITNESS' tab for my full schedule). I enjoy all types of movement including yoga, running, cycling, rowing, barre, lifting, and DANCE!

Recently, I began chasing a long time dream of mine- PHOTOGRAPHY. I enjoy capturing unforgettable moments and can't wait to see how this passion blossoms.
